Our CRM team brings over 75 years of collective experience gained from working within law firms and CRM technology vendors, managing, implementing and integrating CRM systems.

We offer a full service, including review and assessment of current systems, integrations and data; workshops and feedback sessions to help increase adoption and best use of existing technology; vendor and platform review and selection; migration, integration, training and support.

Initial Enablement

Whether this is your first CRM, or you’re making a change, we can work with your internal teams to implement a new CRM platform and migrate your existing data, processes and users.


As your needs and understanding of your CRM platform evolve, we can work with you to update and enhance your configuration and processes.

Application Integration

Bringing your Finance and HR data into CRM will help you show a full picture of your clients and reduce manual effort in keeping users and employees up to date.

Managed Service

If you’re short on resources, or need regular access to CRM expertise, our Managed Service offering gives you access to our team for two or more days per month.

Training and Training Support

From planning to post-training support we provide course design, development and delivery of train the trainer and admin/super user deep-dive sessions. Early go-live we provide floor-walking and drop-in sessions.


Adoption of CRM is essential for a successful roll-out. We can run adoption workshops, provide guidance on comms planning, and help you formalise the benefits of CRM.
